Common questions, plain answers.

Do I need to pick a sector at signup?
No. Neutral vocabulary is fine. You can apply a sector pack any time and switch later; per-site overrides let you mix (e.g. a security site inside a hospitality group).
What is a blocking record?
A lapsed blocking record (e.g. SIA licence) returns 409 when you try to assign the member to a shift, and adds a 'record_lapsed' exception on clock-in. Non-blocking records surface as advisories.
Where does evidence go?
Photo bytes live in Mongo GridFS scoped to your company. Geo is included only when the browser volunteers it — never required.
What happens after trial?
You'll see pricing above. Trial doesn't auto-charge. Every seat, module, and Wall layout you added stays exactly where it is.
